Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting TrangStudio. Every piece is handmade and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.

During shop updates, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, I will contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, TrangStudio ships only within the United States.

Shipping Methods

TrangStudio currently offers free standard shipping within the United States.

Orders are shipped through USPS and typically arrive within 5–8 business days after shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of my control.

While I do my best to ship orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been accepted by USPS, TrangStudio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact me at Trang@trangstudio.com and I will do my best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Trang@trangstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging

I will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.
