Return & Refund Policy

At TrangStudio, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each item is individually crafted, all sales are considered final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Trang@trangstudio.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Handmade Nature of Our Work

Every piece is made by hand and may feature slight variations in shape, size, color, glaze pattern, texture, or other handcrafted details. These natural variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade pottery and are not considered defects.

No two pieces are exactly alike, and minor differences from product photos should be expected and appreciated as part of the handmade process.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Natural handmade variations

  • Minor differences in color, glaze, texture, or shape

If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, please feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help.

Any return request must be approved before an item is sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and commissioned pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items, gift cards, and digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
